Stacks On Main is a planned 268-unit Class A midrise apartment community that will be developed on the east side of the Cumberland River from Nashville’s CBD and will be constructed to LEED standards (without certification). The subject will be ideally located just east of I-24 at the northwest intersection of 6th Street and Main Street, providing strategic access to both Downtown and East Nashville communities. St. Clair Development, a subsidiary of St. Clair Holdings, is developing the property and is projecting to break ground in July 2014.
The four-story apartment project will be comprised of one and two bedroom units. The property’s 238 upscale residential units are stacked around 322 parking spaces incorporated into a central parking structure with 24 additional surface-level spaces. Stacks On Main will contain an upscale amenity package, including a state of the art business center, gaming room, salt water swimming pool and fitness area. The community is estimated to have a 23 month construction period with the first 30 units set to come online in September of 2015.
